How it works

Three phases, each one earning the next.

Most AI programmes fail in the same two ways. They start with technology instead of the work, so they automate things nobody needed faster. Or they start with a strategy deck that never survives contact with how people actually spend a Tuesday.

We work the other way round. Every engagement starts by measuring where your teams' hours genuinely go, then converts that into a ranked list of opportunities with a number attached to each one. Only then do we build anything. That sequence is what makes the business case arguable rather than aspirational — you are approving a spend against hours you have already seen counted.

Each phase ends at a gate with outcomes you can check. If a gate isn't met, that is a reason to stop, and stopping leaves you with everything built to that point: the opportunity map, the running pilots, the guardrails, and the skills your people gained. Nothing is locked to us. Phasing only means something if walking away is a real option, so we've made it one.

Throughout, the operating principle stays fixed: trusted autonomy with human authority. AI takes the routine. Your people keep the strategy, the judgment, and the relationships — and they decide what an agent is allowed to do before it does it.

The three phases

Discover. Build skills. Ship agents.

Three phases, each one proving its value before the next begins. You can stop at any gate and keep everything built up to that point.

  1. Phase 1

    Discover

We map the work that actually fills your teams' weeks — the repetitive tasks, the prep buried under expert decisions, the things that must stay human — and rank every AI opportunity by the hours it gives back.

    Outcome gates

    • Top 5 automation opportunities ranked by hours saved, by day 30
    • A baseline of hours per week spent on the targeted tasks
    • Named no-go zones agreed with the people doing the work
  2. Phase 2

    Build skills

Adoption decides whether AI transformation succeeds, not technology. We build role-based skills, grow internal champions, and leave behind prompt libraries and working practices your teams own.

    Outcome gates

    • Role-based training delivered to every team in scope
    • Internal champions active in each function
    • A prompt and pattern library your teams maintain themselves
  3. Phase 3

    Ship agents

We design, build, and productionize the AI agents that absorb the routine work we found — with guardrails, approval flows, and human authority over anything that matters.

    Outcome gates

    • First agents running in production against real processes
    • Measured hours returned against the phase 1 baseline
    • Governance and approval flows signed off before autonomy widens

The maturity ladder

From first prompt to AI-first.

AI maturity is a ladder, not a leap. We meet your business where it is and climb one proven stage at a time.

  1. Stage 1

    Assisted AI

AI helps when asked. Copilots draft, summarize, and translate. Individual productivity gains build confidence and skills across the team.

  2. Stage 2

    Generative AI

AI creates end-to-end — reports, campaigns, briefings. It works alongside your people as a true co-creator, not just a responder.

  3. Stage 3

    Agentic AI

AI acts autonomously with human authority. Agents monitor, decide, and execute multi-step workflows — they run while you sleep.

The mindset shift matters more than the tools: transformation means thinking AI-first from the very first step of every process — while people keep the authority.
