1. Who we are
UNLOK ("we") provides AI transformation services and ready-built AI agents for businesses. For data collected through this website, UNLOK is the data controller. You can reach us at hello@unlok.ai.
2. What we collect
When you use the contact form, the free AI assessment or register interest, we collect what you give us: your name, work email, company, team or role, your message, and the answers you provide in the assessment (such as the tasks that fill your week). We also collect basic campaign attribution — the source, campaign parameters and referrer of your first visit — so we know how you found us.
3. How we use it
We use your details to send you what you asked for (such as your assessment snapshot), to reply to your enquiry, and to follow up about our services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Where it lives
Form submissions and assessment results are stored in our customer database, hosted in the European Union. Transactional email (your snapshot, replies to your enquiry) is delivered through our email provider. Each provider processes data only on our instructions.
5. Analytics
We use website analytics to understand which pages and campaigns work. Analytics data is used in aggregate; we do not use it to build individual profiles. Assessment answers typed before you submit stay in your own browser's storage until you send them.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and assessment records for as long as needed to follow up and to run our business, and we delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email hello@unlok.ai and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority; in Portugal that is the CNPD.
8. Client engagements
When we build or run AI agents for a client business, we process end-customer data on that client's behalf under a data processing agreement. The client remains the controller of that data; this policy covers our website and marketing, not those engagements.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
