2. Service description
UNLOK provides AI transformation services: AI opportunity assessments, strategy and roadmapping, adoption and training programs, AI use cases and agents, governance, and measurement. The Service includes the free AI Discovery assessment available on this website.
3. The free AI Discovery assessment
The AI Discovery assessment is free to use and requires no payment details. You provide your name, work email, and company so we can send you your snapshot and follow up on the opportunities it surfaces.
4. Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Do not submit confidential information, personal data about others, or material you are not permitted to share.
5. Data privacy and security
We take data privacy seriously. Your submissions are stored securely and used to produce your assessment snapshot and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or by the service providers that operate our infrastructure.
6. Marketing communications
By starting the assessment you agree that UNLOK may contact you about your snapshot and related AI transformation services. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message we send.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with its normal operation.
8. No professional guarantee
Assessment outputs, hour estimates, and AI recommendations are indicative and based on the information you provide. They are not a guarantee of savings or business outcomes, and they do not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice.
9. Limitation of liability
UNLOK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, including if these Terms are breached.
11. Changes to these terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before the new terms take effect.
